30-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 30 days of the date of any Pro subscription charge, whether the charge was in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD). You do not need to give a reason. Renewal charges are also covered — each renewal starts its own 30-day refund window.
How to request a refund
- USD subscriptions (Dodo Payments): our Merchant of Record is Dodo Payments. Email info@expromedia.com.ng from the email on your LMNT account with your payment receipt or subscription details, and we'll process the refund within 5 business days via Dodo Payments.
- NGN subscriptions (Paystack): email info@expromedia.com.ng from the email address on your LMNT account, with your payment reference if you have it. We'll process the refund within 5 business days.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the money to appear in your account.
Cancelling vs. refunding
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the most recent charge. If you'd like a refund as well, request one using the steps above within the 30-day window.
