These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LMNT (the "Service"), operated by ExProMedia ("ExProMedia", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LMNT is a software tool that helps freelancers and small teams turn a project brief into a written scope of work, deliverables, and recommended pricing. Output is generated by AI models and is provided as a starting point only — see Section 9.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
- send spam or unsolicited communications;
- probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
- reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the Service;
- circumvent quotas, plan limits, or other technical controls.
4. Generative AI — your responsibility
LMNT uses third-party AI models to generate proposal text and pricing recommendations. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for verifying the accuracy of any output before sharing it with a client, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or tax advice. You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, jailbreaking prompts, or anything that violates the underlying AI provider's policies.
We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these rules. If a rights-holder believes content produced or hosted by the Service infringes their rights, they may contact us at the email below and we will investigate and act where appropriate.
5. Intellectual property
ExProMedia retains all rights in the Service, including the software, documentation, and LMNT branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own freelancing or business activities while your account is active. Subject to Section 4, you keep ownership of the briefs you submit and the proposal documents generated for you.
6. Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record
LMNT is offered on a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly in either Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD), depending on the currency you select at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
USD payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles billing, tax, invoicing, and refund mechanics for USD subscriptions and is governed by their Terms of Service at dodopayments.com/terms-of-service. NGN payments are processed by Paystack on our behalf.

7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
8. Service level
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed, or removed.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ExProMedia's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ExProMedia harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos, Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
